• Your business category is correctly selected
• You have the right to use any uploaded images, logos, documents, or content
• Your profile does not contain misleading or fraudulent information

BNG may remove or modify information that violates these Terms.

5. Business Categories and Networking Groups

BNG may organize members into networking groups based on business categories, locations, chapters, or other criteria.

BNG may limit the number of members representing a particular business category within a group.

Group structure, membership criteria, categories, and availability may be changed by BNG at its discretion.

Membership in a particular group does not guarantee any specific number of leads, referrals, customers, revenue, sales, or business opportunities.

6. Referrals

The BNG platform facilitates the exchange of business referrals between members.

BNG does not guarantee that:

• A referral will result in a sale
• A referral will become a customer
• A member will generate a particular amount of revenue
• A member will receive a specific number of referrals
• A business relationship will be successful

Members are responsible for evaluating and verifying any referral, business, product, service, or opportunity received through BNG.

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

BNG is a networking and referral platform.

BNG does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Revenue
• Profit
• Customer acquisition
• Number of leads
• Number of referrals
• Business growth
• Return on investment
• Any specific commercial outcome

Any business results mentioned in marketing materials, testimonials, or examples are not guarantees of future results.

8. Member Conduct

You agree to use BNG responsibly and professionally.

You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another member
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Collect information from other members for unlawful purposes
• Sell or distribute member information without authorization
• Misuse referral information
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Use BNG to conduct fraudulent transactions
• Engage in discriminatory or abusive conduct
• Damage or interfere with the App or its infrastructure

BNG may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

9. Member-to-Member Transactions

BNG may introduce or connect members, but BNG is generally not a party to transactions between members.

Members are responsible for:

• Negotiating business terms
• Verifying products and services
• Checking licenses and registrations where applicable
• Agreeing on pricing
• Managing payments
• Managing contracts
• Resolving disputes

BNG does not guarantee the quality, legality, availability, or performance of products or services offered by members.

10. Referral Information

Members must handle referral information responsibly.

You must not:

• Use referral information for unlawful purposes
• Spam referred individuals
• Sell referral information
• Distribute referral information without authorization
• Misrepresent the source of a referral

Where required, you must obtain appropriate consent before contacting a referred individual.

11. User Content

Users may submit information, photographs, business descriptions, logos, reviews, comments, referrals, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to BNG, you grant BNG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

12. Intellectual Property

The BNG App, website, branding, logos, graphics, designs, software, text, and other materials owned or licensed by BNG are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit BNG's intellectual property without prior written permission.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BNG will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from:

• Inability to use the App
• Business referrals
• Member-to-member transactions
• Loss of business
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of data
• Actions of other users
• Third-party services

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNG, its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of another person's rights
• Your business transactions with other members
